The Quasar Keshik uses the standard Adder colors of black and deep blue, adding red and gold highlights.<\/p>\nCamo Specs Online<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Artist Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This mini was primed with Vallejo black primer, then the to-be-blue panels were brush painted white. White ink was airbrushed with tight flow control onto the top of the mini in an off-center, spiral ‘galaxy’ pattern. Army Painter Highlord Blue and Orc Skin Speed Paints were then airbrushed onto the panels (solid blue) and the galaxy pattern (semi random). For solid black panels, Vallejo Dark Gray was heavily dry-brushed on, then an additional layer of lighter Neutral Gray highlights were dry-brushed. Vallejo black wash was used to panel line recesses. Vallejo Silver was used for all metallic surfaces, then washed with Vallejo black wash as well. The base is a combination of Citadel Ironearth and Ironcrust technicals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This scheme was intended to use some of the basic colors of Clan Star Adder in something more ornamental and intricate than the canonized black-and-white of Quasar Keshik, a command element. Minis with some good sized flat surfaces are recommended for anything similar to this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
