Artist Notes
Model was primed using Vallejo Grey primer. A zenithal highlight was applied by drybushing Golden High Flow Titanium White.
A base coat of Army Painter Gravelord Grey speed paint was then painted and sealed with Krylon Low Odor Clear Finish (gloss) in order to keep the speed paint (version 1) from reactivating. The model was then drybushed with Vallejo Grey and then Neutral Grey.
Metallic details were then painted with Enchanted Steel Speed Paint. Red details were painted with Murder Red Speed Paint.
Decals from Fighting Piranha Graphics were then applied and the model again sealed with gloss varnish.
The model was then given an oil wash made by mixing cheap artist oil paint (black) with mineral spirits. Highlights were then applied with Vallejo White Grey and Army Painter Pure Red. Krylon Matte Finish was applied to seal the model, and then the canopy was painted with Vallejo Bright Gold Brown color shifter paint.
Basing was added using Geek Gaming Scenics Moorland base ready mix and Tufts from Gamer’s Grass.
