Scheme Inspiration
I wanted to do an orange and grey scheme but couldn’t find one in lore, so here it is: orange and grey mercenary Battlemaster!
Artist Notes
Primed in black, which caused a headache of sooooo many layers of orange to get the color I wanted. Lesson learned, back to pink undercoating for oranges and yellows. Orange is VGC Orange Fire, highlights are mixed with a bit of yellow. Grey is VGC Neutral Grey, highlights are VGC Wolf Grey. Paint was applied base colors > oil wash > highlights, weapons, cockpit.
